Ratchanok beats Fitriani to enter semis

Ratchanok Intanon beat Fitriani of Indonesia 21-17, 21-16 in the Women's Singles quarterfinals of the Indonesia Masters in Jakarta on Thursday.

Another Thai shuttler, Nitchaon Jindapol, lost to South Korea's Sung Ji Hyun 21-16, 21-11. 

The Indonesia Masters badminton tournament runs from Jan 23-28 at the Istora Senayan in Jakarta with a total purse of $350,000 (11.1 million baht).
