Rashford to start but no Pogba - Manchester United team fans want to see vs Aston Villa

Manchester United fans would like to see Ole Gunnar Solskjaer make five changes to his team for Sunday's match against Aston Villa.

United advanced to their first final under Solskjaer on Thursday as they defeated AS Roma in the Europa League semi-finals, but they did make things nervier than they needed to be.

The Serie A side won 3-2 on the night in an entertaining second-leg but United were still able to advance 8-5 on aggregate.

Although Manchester City have all but wrapped up the Premier League title, Pep Guardiola's side's defeat to Chelsea on Saturday means it's not set in stone yet and United can reduce the gap to just four points if they win their three games this week before City take to the field again on Friday.

However, any slip up from United would hand their neighbours the title, so the team will no doubt be motivated to keep the pressure on and supporters want to see a strong side at Villa Park.

In the fans' side, Dean Henderson would return in goal, despite the brilliant performance of David de Gea in Rome, and Victor Lindelof would also be reinstated in the heart of defence, replacing Eric Bailly.

The supporters would also name a much-changed midfield, with Scott McTominay and Nemanja Matic getting the nods in the holding roles rather than Fred and Paul Pogba.

The Frenchman's exclusion is a strange one, as he has been in brilliant form as of late, but perhaps fans would like to see him rested after he started against Roma.

Bruno Fernandes, Edinson Cavani and Mason Greenwood would, of course, keep their places in attack but it would be a return to the bench for Donny van de Beek, after he failed to impress in a rare start on Thursday.

Finally, in his spot, fans would select Marcus Rashford to come back into the side on the left of the attack - with Anthony Martial and Daniel James doubts for the match.

United fans' XI vs Aston Villa: Henderson; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw; McTominay, Matic; Greenwood, Fernandes, Rashford; Cavani.
