A Dublin joker has once again scared the hell out of the public after he donned the hi-vis and pretended to be a clamper.
Youtube man Thomas Arnold, who previously pretended to be , has once again bamboozled the public as he played the role of the exuberant clamper.
The Dubliner's unsuspecting targets were left completely confused as he tried to clamp a bike, frisked another man for 'double-yellow lines', and asked another to revolut him €20.
Thomas said he was given the idea from a radio presenter who he was chatting to after his TV Licence video went viral.
The FM104 host suggested he "wouldn't end up surviving that if he did do it" - so naturally he gave it a go.
After hitting up the Dublin Workwear Centre he was ready to hit the streets, and to be fair it looks like all of his victims took it in good spirit!
