A rare 50p coin has sold for £185 on eBay with thousands more currently in circulation.
While the coin features the Queen's face as normal the other side features a design of London's Kew Gardens.
It's estimated there are 210,000 in circulation.

The coin was released in 2009 to mark 350 years since Kew Gardens opened in 1759, reports the Liverpool Echo.
And last month one lucky owner managed to sell their coin for £185.
Throughout the bid, 32 offers were placed by 11 different bidders with the final sale pricing jumping from £9.99.
Due to its rarity, the Kew Gardens 50p is often placed in the top lists of rarest 50 pence coins.
Change checking website Coin Hunter lists the average sale price of the Kew Gardens 50p between £150.89 and £161.50 which means this particular sale was above average.
Despite this sale being above the average value, there have been examples of the coin selling for as high as £200.
If you manage to find a Kew Gardens, make sure to check its date since the Royal Mint reissued a batch in 2019 which doesn't sell for as much as the original.
But these versions can still earn you a bit of cash, selling for between £70 and £80 on eBay.
