Raptors-Celtics 1/4 highs, lows, works in progress: analyzing the game

Dare we say the Boston Celtics are turning the corner when it comes to playing like the team we saw excel in the Disney restart bubble?

Currently sitting in the East’s fourth-place spot after beating a desperate Toronto Raptors franchise now second-to-last in the conference at 1-5 despite missing most of their experienced backcourt players due to injury, the Celtics won the sort of contest that’s given them more trouble than it ought to of late, with surprising but welcome contributions off of the bench. All-NBA forward Jayson Tatum came up one point shy of his career high with 40 points in the win, and rookie floor general Payton Pritchard hit his own career high of 23 points and 8 assists.

But, there were still issues of concern for the Celtics — and plenty yet to be resolved. With that in mind, let’s take a look at the game’s highs, lows and works in progress.
