The Raptors improved to 3-0 on the season against the Warriors in Oracle Arena on Friday night with a pivotal Game 4 win to take a 3-1 series lead in the NBA Finals, and the series will now shift to Toronto, where the Raptors can capture the first championship in franchise history with a win.
Golden State was 30-11 at home in the regular season, but with Kevin Durant out, the Warriors dropped back-to-back games to lose control of the Finals. Golden State’s Game 3 loss was marred by the actions of minority owner Mark Stevens, who shoved Kyle Lowry at courtside and was later banned by the NBA for one year, and with the Warriors trailing once again on Friday, some fans left Game 4 early.
