Rapper Drake is reportedly being sued for using two of somebody else's samples in two of his tracks, In My Feelings and Nice for What.

TMZ reported that Samuel Nicholas III, a musician who goes by the name Sam Skully, has alleged that Drake stole a beat from his track Roll Call, released in 2000, and used it in popular song In My Feelings.

The musician, who hails from New Orleans, claims he was never contacted about use of the sample and never paid.

In My Feelings was produced by TrapMoneyBenny and BlaqNmilD.

Mr Skully alleges Drake also swiped a portion of another of his beats and used it in the track Nice for What.

TMZ reports that Big Freedia, a female American musician, is also included in the suit, alongside record labels Asylum Records, Cash Money Records and Republic Records.

Mr Skully is said to be suing for damages.
