Rapper DMX remains in grave condition in hospital after a drug overdose triggered a heart attack, according to reports.
The musician, 50, has remained in the critical care unit in hospital in White Plains, New York.
It's said he overdosed at his home at around 11pm on Friday, according to TMZ.
The overdose was said to have triggered a heart attack.
The gossip magazine's sources claimed the star now is in a "vegetative state".
The Mirror has reached out to DMX's representatives for further comment.
Many fans have flooded social media with their well wishes for the star as he remains in hospital in critical care.
"Pray for DMX! We can’t afford to lose another legend. Another trial I hope he overcomes," one wrote.
Others added on Twitter: "DMX better pull through this."
"I hope DMX pulls through strong."
"Whew I pray DMX pulls through cause I ain’t gone lie ima cry." (sic)
"Damn... Not DMX though... Prayers for this legend."

Among the sea of comments, fellow rapper Missy Elliott tweeted: "Prayers for DMX and his family."
DMX has battled with his demons over the years and he has checked into rehab in the past.
In 2019, the rapper checked himself into rehab during his 20th anniversary tour and announced it on Instagram.
The statement read at the time: "In his ongoing commitment to putting family and sobriety first, DMX has checked himself into a rehab facility.
"He apologizes for his cancelled shows and thanks his fans for their continued support."
DMX has built up a loyal following of 2.4million on Instagram.
