Rap legend Snoop Dogg announces rescheduled Leeds First Direct Arena date

Rap legend Snoop Dogg has announced a rescheduled date for the Leeds leg of his 'I Wanna Thank Me' tour.

Snoop was set to play Leeds Arena last month but the show was cancelled due to coronavirus concerns.

But fans of one of the biggest living legends in rap will be glad to know he'll be appearing at Leeds First Direct Arena on February 17, 2021.

Also on the bill are West Coast hip hop heavyweights Warren G, D12, Obie Trice, Tha Dogg Pound and hot ticket Irish duo Versatile.

Tickets priced £45.50 to £68.50 are available here.

Snoop, also an actor and businessman, is touring in support of his 17th album 'I Wanna Thank Me' and the documentary of the same name.

Born Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr, in Long Beach, California, in 1971, Snoop rose to fame on Dr Dre's 1992 album 'The Chronic' before releasing his own multi-platinum selling debut Doggystyle in 1993.

Snoop has released a string of hit records and has had roles in top Holywood films including Starsky & Hutch, The Wash and Training Day.

He has the most Grammy nominations of any music artist— 17 to date — without having won one.
