Ranvir Singh's money-saving show was back on our screens last night as it returned for another series.
The first episode saw one couple "easily" save £1,000 in just eight weeks by making a few simple changes.
ITV's Eat, Shop, Save sees families and households challenged to feel better and save money.

Neil and Michelle from Dudley felt sluggish and were worried about their future, both in terms of their finances and their health.
When Ranvir first met the pair, they were snacking on chocolate and cakes every day and getting takeaways several times a week.
Exercise, the pair admitted, was almost "non-existent".
Their food choices and lack of exercise had started to take its toll on their health, with Neil’s doctor warning him he had high cholesterol and Michelle’s doctor advising her to lose weight.
In just eight weeks, they managed to save £1,000 by ditching takeaways and chocolate, planning their weekly meals, and cooking everything from scratch.
The challenge also saw Michelle begin walking, and then running, clocking up a total distance of 130 miles in eight weeks, and losing ten pounds in weight.
She has since sold the household's second car - as she doesn't need it for her commute - meaning the couple will make further savings.
Discussing their achievements with Ranvir in their living room, Michelle said: "I'm just so overwhelmed. Thank you. You have saved our lives."
To which Ranvir replied "well you have made mine".
