The Eagles are one of the NFL’s most popular teams and it shows on a yearly basis with their primetime appearances.
For the 14th consecutive season, the Eagles will appear in primetime four or more times, with each contest being a high profile matchup.
The Eagles will face the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks in prime time. With all four contests having huge playoff implications, we rank the primetime matchups.

4. Week 7: Thursday, Oct. 22 vs. New York Giants (8:20 PM, FOX/NFLN/Amazon, 94WIP)
In a game that features two of the NFL’s most heated rivals, the Eagles will battle the New York Giants on Thursday Night Football. Daniel Jones is ascending as a quarterback while Saquon Barkley will look to regain his place among the NFL’s best after an injury-plagued second season.
The game will provide the Eagles almost 11 days rest before another huge Sunday night matchup with the Cowboys the following week.

3. Week 12: Monday, Nov. 30 vs. Seattle Seahawks (8:15 PM, ESPN, 94WIP)
In a rematch of the NFC Wild Card matchup, the Eagles will host the Seattle Seahawks again at Lincoln Financial Field in a late-season matchup that’ll have playoff ramifications. Carson Wentz and company will look to score more than 9 points after being held to that number in two straight matchups against Russell Wilson and company, while the Eagles quarterback will look for revenge after being knocked out early by Jadveon Clowney.

2. Week 4: Sunday, Oct. 4 at San Francisco 49ers (8:20 PM, NBC, 94WIP)
An early-season litmus test for both teams, the Eagles will travel west for a huge matchup against the defending NFC champion 49ers. San Francisco will counter with Jimmy Garoppolo, George Kittle, and Nick Bosa among a juggernaut of a team, while Philadelphia will look to solidify themselves as one of the NFC’s best early on.
A Week 4 victory in Santa Clara could catapult the Eagles towards an early lead in the division and entire NFC.

1. Week 8: Sunday, Nov. 1 vs. Dallas Cowboys (8:20 PM, NBC, 94WIP)
In a game that could provide a solid foundation for a late-season run towards the division title, the Eagles and Cowboys will meet in Philadelphia on Sunday night football. It’ll be the first matchup between the two teams with CeeDee Lamb and Mike McCarthy in integral figures in Dallas.
It’ll be another matchup featuring Dak Prescott and Carson Wentz, while the Eagles defense will finally have a cornerback (Darius Slay) capable of dealing with Amari Cooper one-on-one.
