For all intents and purposes, the first and most important day of the early signing period is about complete. Most members of the 2022 class have already sent in their national letters of intent, and that is true too for Ohio State. All told, the Buckeyes inked 17 members of a top-five national class on Wednesday, with another to sign on Friday.
There are sure to be some additional pieces added to this class, but the rest of the teams in the Big Ten have also finished up the majority of their haul for this cycle. The traditional national signing day is still a couple of months off in February, but what you see from this point on will mostly only accent the picture we see today.
