Rani Mukerji is recently making headlines as there are reports doing the rounds on social media that she bought a swanky new apartment in Khar West, Mumbai. Yes, you heard that right. As per the report, she sealed the deal on March 31 this year.
The property was registered months later, on July 15. The report also revealed a few details of Rani's plush new apartment. It is on the 22nd floor and spread across an area of 1485 square ft carpet. It comes with two parking spots. The star reportedly spent over Rs 7.12 crore on the apartment. It is believed that her new abode will have a gorgeous view of the Arabian sea.
Even Disha Patani bought an apartment worth Rs 5.95 crore in the complex. She had registered her property in June and her apartment is located on the 16th floor. It can be said that the two are soon to become neighbours. Not just Disha and Rani, cricketer duo Hardik Pandya and Krunal Pandya also purchased an apartment recently there.
On the work front, Rani will be seen next in 'Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway'. Speaking about the project, a source had previously told ETimes, "Rani has done intensive preparation for the film which will be revealed in due course of time. She will be out of the country for over a month for this shoot. She has been waiting to start this project which is extremely close to her heart."
