Ralf Rangnick has admitted that Anthony Elanga and Amad are in his thoughts for Manchester United's match on Wednesday.
United play BSC Young Boys in the Champions League on Wednesday night, however, the Reds have already progressed to the knockout stages of the competition and it's expected that Rangnick will heavily rotate his side for that match at Old Trafford.
That should give some of United's youngsters an opportunity to impress the German, who arrived on an interim basis last week.
United have added six academy youngsters to their Champions League squad, but Elanga and Amad were already in contention to play against BSC Young Boys and Rangnick has confirmed that both players are in his thoughts ahead of the match.
"Yes, both [in Rangnick's thoughts]. The younger players, to give them game time," Rangnick told United's in-house media.
"The same with Mason Greenwood, as he’s not played that much in the last couple of the weeks so he’ll also definitely play.
"But also a few experienced ones, who didn’t get that much game-time in the past. Aaron [Wan-Bissaka] can play, hopefully even Luke Shaw will be available for the game. Nemanja [Matic] will be captain tomorrow. Juan Mata will get game-time, Jesse Lingard.
"We have quite a few players who will be playing who definitely desperately need game-time."
