Sky Sports claims that the Ibrox club are keen on the winger, aged 21.
The attacker scored eight goals for Hull last season.
It's believed he could be available for a cut-price deal this summer amid the Championship club's ongoing financial issues and transfer restrictions.

Kamara started his career at Norwich City before enjoying a loan spell at Portsmouth during the 2023/24 season.
He helped Pompey to the League One title by scoring eight goals and providing 10 assists.
