Rangers vs Viktoria Plzen: TV channel, live stream and kick-off time

Rangers are back in European action this week as they face Viktoria Plzen in the third round of Champions League qualifying. 

Russell Martin's men defeated Panathinaikos 3-1 on aggregate to reach this stage of the competition. 

Plzen finished second in the Czech top flight last season, 16 points behind eventual champions Slavia Prague.
