Rangers vs Feyenoord odds, best bets and Europa League preview

Feyenoord are in flying form as they head to Ibrox for the Europa League Group G opener.

The Dutch side have won four in a row, scoring three times in three of those games, while they dispatched Dinamo Tbilisi with minimum of fuss and a decent Hapoel Beer-Sheva to qualify for this stage.

While a nervy 3-2 home win over Den Haag on Sunday suggests there are frailties in Jaap Stam's side. They were actually coasting 3-0 before own goals in the 77th and 83rd minutes set up a nervier climax than had been anticipated.

But this is at Ibrox, where Rangers have won six of their seven matches this season.

If you add in the fact that Feyenoord have managed just three wins in their last 17 Europa League away matches and there is plenty of cause for optimism for backing the 5/4 on a home win for Steven Gerrard's men with thepools.com.

Both Teams To Score 'NO' has also landed in five of Rangers' last six matches and at 10/11 that also has to be considered.

Rangers' likely scorers are the hardy perennials of Alfredo Morelos at 10/3 first goal and Jermain Defoe at 15/4.

Feyenoord's main threat will come from Danish striker Nicolai Jorgensen , a big 13/2 to score first, but the pacy Luciano Narsingh - on target at the weekend - will also be a threat on the counter and is a very big 12/1 to score first and 9/2 any time.
