Rangers supporters have have hit out on social media over the club's in-house TV service for the clash with Tranmere.
Many were left miffed after the service was struck by consistent buffering with supporters also revealing they had been kicked out of stream completely.
Rangers' TV coverage has previously earned rave reviews with supporters full of praise of the coverage during last season's Premiership title romp.
But many couldn't hide their displeasure over missing much of the game as Steven Gerrard 's side suffered a surprise 1-0 defeat at Prenton Park.
Gallus Pioneer 55 said: "This stream is a shambles. It’s on for a second or two then stops. Reloading, logging out and back in, trying different devices - nothing works. I want my money back. Amateur stuff."
Ally Mac added: "That's a joke. Reloaded the stream and now frozen and kicked out again. Seriously unhappy about the waste of money I have spent on this game"
Jason Swandells said: "Really poor service here. Logged in/out, no difference. 2nd half constantly buffering. Sort it out."
Lewi55 Wardope chimed in: "Every time you refresh it works for 10 secs and starts to buffer. This is nothing but a shambles."
