The Ibrox club's 60-goal haul across all competitions betters every other club in UEFA's top 11 divisions going by the coefficient rankings.
Celtic come in fourth with 48 strikes with German and Austrian giants Bayern Munich and Red Bull Salzburg separating the two Glasgow clubs.
Rangers' numbers were boosted in part by a whopping 8-0 win over Hamilton Accies earlier this month, a record victory in the Scottish Premiership era, and they top the division by 11 points.
Their Europa League participation also helped, having scored in every group game so far.
Dutch giants Ajax round off the top five with 44 goals while England's highest Premier League representative is Jose Mourinho's Tottenham, who have the same tally as the Eredivisie title hopefuls but have played four games more.
10 out of the top 75 are Scottish clubs, who have generally played more games than other teams across Europe as the Premiership restarted in August while leagues that were played to a finish over summer did not begin until September or October.
