Rangers' Thelo Aasgaard climbs off bench to net FOUR goals for Norway

Rangers' Thelo Aasgaard scored FOUR times for Norway after coming off the bench.

The 23-year-old climbed off the bench in an 11-1 victory over Moldova on Tuesday night.

Aasgaard netted a hat-trick in 12 minutes before adding a fourth, and an 11th for his country, in stoppage time.

Norway had been 7-0 up before Aasgaard was introduced in place of Felix Horn Myhre after 64 minutes.

Just three minutes later and Aasgaard had fired home from the left side of the box.

On 76 minutes, Aasgaard found the top corner with a shot from the centre of the box.

Two minutes later, a hat-trick was secured as Aasgaard scored from the penalty spot following a foul on Oscar Bobb.

Aasgaard ended the rout as he scored from close range in the first minute of added time after an assist from Erling Haaland, who scored five on the night.

Martin Odegaard and Myhre were also on target for Norway in the huge World Cup qualifying clash at Ullevaal Stadion.

Aasgaard has yet to score for Rangers after his summer transfer switch to Ibrox.

He has played five times for the club following an injury issue which delayed his competitive debut for Russell Martin's side.
