Jermain Defoe, Kemar Roofe, Scott Arfield, Leon Balogun and Jon McLaughlin come in for Alfredo Morelos, Glen Kamara, Steven Davis, Filip Helander and Allan McGregor.
McLaughlin starts in goals with a back four of James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Balogun and Borna Barisic.
Joe Aribo, Ryan Jack and Arfield will play in midfield, with Roofe, Defoe and Ryan Kent in attack.
