According to Record Sport, the mega-rich Middle East club want the Colombian to join their ranks this autumn, and they are ready to make a fresh move.
It is claimed Morelos already turned down a £13million move to the outfit this summer amid interest from Lille, but they hope the lure of a potential fast-track to Paris Saint-Germain, who Al Duhail have an established link-up with, could tempt him.
The Qatari club have already signed Mario Mandzukic and Medhi Benatia from Juventus this summer, and they still have time to complete further transfers as their window doesn't shut until October 25.
