Kamara was sent off in the Czech capital for two bookable offences and that rules the Finnish international out of such a huge game.
Juninho Bacuna came off the bench in the weekend 1-1 draw at home to Hearts and the former Huddersfield man could be handed a start.
At least John Lundstram is starting to find his feet with veteran Steven Davis vital on such big nights and Joe Aribo is also an option.
And as he challenged Alfredo Morelos - just one short of a century - to provide a better goals return, the Ibrox boss admitted all three of his number nines could be on the pitch at some point.
Gerrard said: “All my strikers are available for selection. I won’t be giving my team selection away, but it wouldn’t surprise me if three of my number nines are involved over the 90 minutes.
“Everyone has come through the weekend game fine. They are all available. Ryan Kent is closer but we have had to maybe take this game out. It has come a little bit too soon.
"He is days away but unfortunately this one comes just a little bit too soon. Ryan Jack is progressing well and should be in full training just before the Aberdeen game.
“So positive on both those fronts, but unfortunately this game comes too soon for Ryan (Kent).”
