Rangers squad revealed as Steven Gerrard set to welcome back key duo for Dundee United clash

Rangers are set to welcome back Ryan Jack and Filip Helander for Sunday's clash against Dundee United.

Jack (knee) and Helander (coronavirus) could have played in the Europa League match against Lech Poznan but manager Steven Gerrard decided to rest them to ensure they will be at full strength to face the Terrors.

The likes of Kemar Roofe and Steven Davis were also rotated in Poland and they could be back to play United too.

Jermain Defoe - who is not part of the Light Blues' European squad - is also available again but George Edmundson and Jordan Jones are suspended while Nikola Katic (knee) remains Rangers ' main long term absentee.

Meanwhile, Micky Mellon 's side are still blighted by Covid-19 issues ahead of the trip to Ibrox.

Some of the nine players forced into self-isolation are still yet to link back up with the squad. The likes of Paul McMullan, Nicky Clark, Luke Bolton and Jamie Robson sat out last weekend's defeat at Livingston.

Calum Butcher is free from suspension while Logan Chalmers (knee) and Peter Pawlett (groin) are injured.
