Graham had also attracted strong interest from Portsmouth, with both English clubs seeing bids accepted by Dundee in recent days. However, the Scotland international has opted for Stoke and has already left Dundee’s pre-season camp in Hungary to finalise the transfer.
Rangers had been tracking the left-sided centre-back closely, with scouts impressed by his performances last season, although no formal talks took place.
Graham enjoyed a standout campaign under Steven Pressley, making 40 appearances and earning a nomination for the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year award. His form also led to a senior Scotland call-up ahead of the World Cup, underlining his rapid rise.
