Rangers midfielder Ryan Jack has been compared to a Harry Potter character in a bizarre tweet by popstar Boy George.
In the random encounter, the English singer-songwriter today shared an article praising the Ibrox star's performance against Hibs last Sunday.
Despite the post being six days old, the Culture Club legend strangely wrote "And he was amazing in Harry Potter!".
It's not clear what character in J.K Rowling's wizard universe he is referring to.
Jordan Campbell - a writer for The Athletic who shared the original post - since admitted it was "the most random thing that's ever happened" to him.
He added: "Glad to see Ryan Jack has such a broad appeal."
The post didn't go unnoticed by Rangers fans on Twitter, who were loving the random love for their player.
User @BrianBTInternet wrote: " Boy George tweeting about Ryan Jack is one of the most random things I’ve seen."
Another, @Twenty3Eight added: "Boy George is a Ger".
A third, @Georgeqpr said: " There’s so much going on with this tweet. It’s so random that Boy George is commenting on Ryan Jack, also, is he saying he looks like Neville or Dobby?"
