Rangers have unveiled a new-look crest to mark 150 years as a club.
The Glasgow giants are planning a series of events to mark the occasion with starting with a special golden crest.
The occasion will then be followed by events to mark the 50th anniversary European Cup Winners’ Cup in May.
To kick-off the celebrations, Rangers have revealed a fresh design that will be emblazoned across special Castore commemorative kits.
Chairman Douglas Park has revealed the event will begin a year-long celebration of commemorative events, fan engagement, exciting activations, and the unveiling of multi-purpose venue Edmiston House.
The Ibrox supremo said: “ Rangers are today delighted to unveil our 150th anniversary crest – the first major milestone as we count down to the celebrations of being the first major European club to reach such a landmark.
“Supporters are at the heart of everything we do at Rangers, and that will be no different as we mark our 150th year.
“The backing we have had from our season ticket holders, hospitality clients, and MyGers members since its launch last year has been phenomenal. It is just wonderful to see that loyalty rewarded this season with success on the park.”
The latest celebrations for the Ibrox club follows on from Steven Gerrard 's side claiming the Premiership trophy and their 55th league title.
