Determined Rangers fans are aiming to raise £55,000 in the name of charity after smashing their Royal Air Force crowdfunding appeal target.
The Bridgeton Loyal Rangers Supporters Club set an initial goal of £14,000 but have now raised over £33,000 since the appeal went viral.
Steven Gerrard 's side hold a 23 point lead at the top of the Premiership and on course to end Celtic 's domestic dominace.
And they want an RAF Red Arrow to fly over Ibrox, George Square and then Bridgeton to celebrate with it highly likely that fans will not be able to attend in person.
Organiser John McEwan admits charities will benefit from the significant donations that have flooded in during the past 24 hours.
He said: "Quick update, donations are currently at £33k, and the level of interest has not waned. Even big Shane Duffers is looking for the Red Arrows. keep donating and we will try and do £55k."
The group remain realistic over the feasibility of the Arrows giving Rangers a title salute but funds will go towards Erskine Charity and the Emmie Smillie Charity.
Rangers have played three games more than Celtic but are hot favourites to secure their first title success since 2011 this season.
