Rangers player Scott Arfield's car broken into as thieves nick signed NHS charity top

Rangers star Scott Arfield is asking social media for witnesses after a signed NHS charity T-shirt was stolen from his car in the west end.

The brazen thieves broke into the midfielder's car on Sunday October 3.

They made way with Callaway golf clubs and Rangers memorabilia, including a team signed NHS top from last season for charity.

32-year-old Arfield posted to his social media to let his 27.6k followers know that the police had been informed, but asked if any witnesses or anyone with more information could come forward.

He said: 'My car got broken into last night in the west end.

"Callaway golf clubs and rangers memorabilia including a team signed NHS top from last season for charity were taken.

"Police have been notified, however anymore information would be much appreciated."

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "An investigation is under way following the report of a theft and enquiries are ongoing."
