Celtic will not be given a guard of honour at Ibrox on Saturday, it has been reported.
Since Celtic secured their eighth successive title against Aberdeen on Saturday there has been speculation as to whether Rangers would form a guard of honour before this Sunday's derby.
Football Scotland understands, however, that Steven Gerrard's players will not be applauding Neil Lennon's men on to the pitch.
Celtic received a guard of honour at Tynecastle last season, but many Rangers fans were unhappy with the idea of them receiving a similar welcome at Ibrox.

Kilmarnock striker Kris Boyd, though, said: "Over the years, it has always been the case that Rangers have held themselves in high regard and rightly so because of they way they have conducted themselves.
"It would be the right thing to do and, for me, I think they should.
"At the end of the day, they (Celtic) might be your rivals but they have won the league. Pay them the respect they deserve."
