Rangers line-up vs Nice revealed as Steven Gerrard makes three changes to team which beat Lyon

Steven Gerrard has named his Rangers side to face Nice in their second Trophee Veolia encounter this evening.

Gerrard's men are fresh from an impressive 2-0 victory over Lyon in their opening fixture.

However the Ibrox boss has made three changes to that team, with Ryan Kent keeping his place despite seeing red last time around.

Alfredo Morelos drops out for Jermain Defoe while Allan McGregor comes in for Jon McLaughlin and Glen Kamara comes in for Steven Davis.

The Rangers starting XI is as follows: McGregor, Tavernier, Goldson, Edmundson, Barisic, Kamara, Jack, Aribo, Hagi, Kent, Defoe.

Bench: Firth, Bassey, Davis, Murphy, Patterson, Morelos, Jones, Stewart, Docherty, McCrorie, Mayo, Barjonas, Arfield, Middleton.

A Ianis Hagi double was enough to win the match, although the evening was slightly soured by a Ryan Kent red card.

Tonight's match against Nice will kick-off at 5.15pm UK time.

All the action will be broadcast live on Premier Sports.
