Rangers line-up vs Motherwell revealed as Steven Gerrard makes call on Ryan Jack return

Rangers boss Steven Gerrard has picked his team to face Motherwell at Fir Park.

The Ibrox gaffer had some decisions to make after an impressive 2-1 win over Aberdeen at Pittodrie last week.

And he's decided to stick with the same team that beat the Dons.

Ryan Jack is back involved in training after missing the last two months with an injury picked up in the 4-0 win over Aberdeen in November.

But he still has to wait on his first appearance of 2021 after a series of setbacks and will be targeting next week's home game with Ross County for a start.

Gerrard has stuck with the same starting XI though and that means Allan McGregor continues in goals with a back four of James Tavernier, Connor Goldson, Leon Balogun and Borna Barisic.

Steven Davis makes his 300th Rangers appearance in front of them with Glen Kamara and Joe Aribo making up the middle three.

Alfredo Morelos was back among the goals last week and keeps his place up front with Ryan Kent and Ianis Hagi alongside him.

Cedric Itten, Jermain Defoe, Brandon Barker, Bongani Zungu and Filip Helander are all among the subs.

Rangers: McGregor, Tavernier, Goldson, Balogun, Barisic, Davis, Kamara, Aribo, Hagi, Morelos, Kent

Subs: McLaughlin, Patterson, Helander, Bassey, Zungu, Barker, Itten, Defoe, Stewart
