Rangers line-up revealed as Borna Barisic shakes off injury for Dundee United clash

Steven Gerrard has named his starting XI for this afternoon's match against Dundee United.

Mickey Mellon's men visit Ibrox hoping to spring an upset, and put a dent in Rangers' early season momentum.

Borna Barisic has been cleared to play after picking up an injury with Croatia on international duty.

But the Ibrox side remain without Joe Aribo and Allan McGregor through injury.

The Rangers team Gerrard opted for is as follows: McLaughlin, Tavernier, Goldson, Balogun, Barisic, Jack, Davis, Hagi, Barker, Kent, Roofe.

Subs: Firth, Bassey, Helander, Patterson, Kamara, Arfield, Stewart, Morelos, Itten.

Rangers come into the match on the back of five victories from six, and six consecutive clean sheets.

Dundee United enjoyed a decent start to the campaign but suffered a heavy defeat to Kilmarnock just before the international break – so Micky Mellon's men will have a point to prove.
