Rangers legend helped launch a book that tells of the twisted exploits of serial stalker Jill Sharp.
Victim Maggie Paton has written a novel which is closely based on the three-year ordeal she and husband Steve suffered as Sharp tried to ruin their lives.
At a launch in Livingston, Goram said the book is essential reading.
And he gave credit to the Record for rumbling Sharp’s crazy double life.
Maggie said: “Steve and I are grateful to Andy for helping us out. We became good friends with him through following Rangers and he knows what an ordeal we went through.
Goram says in the foreword of the book, entitled My Friend Kat(fish): “This story must be read.”
