Jo Potter's departure from Rangers has resulted in compensation being paid for her services.
The double-cup-winning women's head coach has left the Ibrox side as she has accepted a new job.
It's understood Rangers were reluctant to let Potter go, especially with one more year left on her contract.
However, after catching the eye with her impressive work carried out in Glasgow, Potter was headhunted for a new position.
She replaced Malky Thompson as women's head coach in 2023. She was brought in from Birmingham City.
While tasting great success in the domestic cup competitions, one area that fans felt let down by was her failure to clinch the SWPL in either of her two seasons.
Rangers lost out on the final day in two consecutive years, to Celtic and Hibernian.
