Rangers have kept the dream of an automatic Champions League place for Scotland alive after a thrilling win over Royal Antwerp but they must win in the second leg.
Steven Gerrard's side got the better of a seven goal thriller in Belgium to put themselves in command of the tie.
A 4-3 win makes Rangers favourites to progress, though the last 32 clash is far from over after a ding-dong encounter.
And the result has big implications for the coefficient, with the carrot of an automatic place in the Champions League group stage for next season's title winners.
Going into Thursday's game the Premiership was ranked 11th in the UEFA coefficients.
That in itself is not enough to guarantee a group stage place but the likelihood is that it would be sufficient.
For the 2022-23 Champions League, 32 teams go into the 2022-23 group stage, of which 26 will qualify automatically.
Those are the league winners from the top 10 countries by coefficient, the runners-up from the nations ranked one to six, and the third and fourth teams from Europe's top four leagues.
A further two places are reserved for the winners of the Champions League and the Europa League.
Crucially though if the winners of those two competitions have already qualified, their place would go to the league winners from the country ranked 11th.
Chelsea were the last Champions League winners not to qualify for the next season's competition via their domestic league.
It's therefore safe to assume that the automatic place for the winner of this season's competition in will go to 11th.
Holding on to 11th place will not be easy though with Ukraine starting the night just 0.425 points behind.
Coefficient points are divided by the number of teams to enter European competition at the start of the season.

A win is worth two points and Ukraine entered five teams so each win is worth 0.400 points - remember that the gap before Thursday's games was just 0.425.
The problem for Scotland is that both Dynamo Kiev and Shakhtar Donetsk are still involved in the Europa League while only Rangers are flying the flag for the Premiership.
While each win for Steven Gerrard's side is worth 0.500 points - because Scotland only entered four teams - having the two Ukrainian sides in presents a problem.
Shakhtar took a 2-0 victory away at Maccabi Tel Aviv while Dynamo Kiev drew 1-1 with Club Brugge to earn add a further 0.200.

That means Ukraine is now only 0.325 points behind - or one win for either representative.
Shakhtar are red hot favourites to progress while Dynamo Kiev are far from out of it and for Scotland to get that automatic place one really has to be eliminated in this round while Rangers must go through.
Realistically they'll also have to beat Antwerp at Ibrox to avoid Scotland dropping to 12th.
If Gerrard's men can do that though there will be a further incentive in the next round.
Qualifying for the quarter-finals brings an automatic bonus point so any last 16 tie could be worth up to 1.250 to the coefficient.
