Former Rangers star Marco Negri is beating the lockdown blues with sport, with the Italian showing his boxing skills.
The whole of Italy has been on lockdown for close to a month due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has claimed close to 15,000 lives so far.
Negri isn't letting quarantine get in the way of his love for sport though, posting a hilarious video showing off his boxing skills.
The former Ibrox hero is seen shadow boxing to the Rocky theme song 'Eye of the Tiger'.
It's not the first sport the former striker has tried his hand at during lockdown.
Negri has also had a go at wakeboarding, diving and even hangliding - though he's kept away from squash.
The Italian scored 23 goals in his first 10 league games for Rangers in the 1997-98 season.
He would finish the season with 33 SPL goals but an eye injury suffered in a squad game with team-mate Sergio Porrini saw his goal return drop off in the second half of the campaign.
Negri would only play three more games for Rangers, and he managed just 11 league goals in subsequent spells at Vicenza, Bologna, Cagliari, Livorno and Perugia.
