Motherwell youngster Max Johnston has linked up his dad - Rangers hero Allan Johnston - at Queen of the South.
Doonhamers boss Johnston has brought his 17-year-old son south on a season loan.
The Scotland Under 19 international made his senior debut for the Steelmen last season in their Lanarkshire derby defeat to Hamilton Accies in February and made his first start for the club against St Johnstone a week later.

However, his senior outings have been limited and his move to Dumfries will allow him the opportunity to gain more first team experience.
Motherwell boss Graham Alexander told the club website: "We feel this loan will greatly benefit Max’s progress at this stage of his career.

“He’s already made his senior debut and we were looking for a club at a level we feel can help him improve his game and come back a more experienced player, with the target of becoming a regular for our team.
“We are pleased he will get that from this move. His aim now is to show the quality needed to play week in, week out in the Championship.”
