Rangers Football Club send support to Scots WWE star Drew McIntyre ahead of Wrestlemania title match

Rangers Football Club are among those backing Scotland's WWE star Drew McIntyre tonight.

Ayr grappler Drew takes on Bobby Lashley for the WWE title tonight at the Wrestlemania 37 showcase in Florida.

Around 25,000 fans are expected at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa for the first of a two night spectacular.

Drew, who captured his first ever WWE World Title at last year's Mania, is bidding to become a three-time champion at the Showcase of the Immortals.

And his beloved Rangers are among those to have tweeted their support today.

Posing in a Drew McIntyre T-shirt and replica Rangers championship belt, winger Ianis Hagi has carried the message backing Ayr's Drew.

Their tweet reads: "Good luck @DMcIntyreWWE tonight @WWE #WrestleMania. One of our own going for the #WWETitle."

The event will air on the WWE Network and BT Sport Box Office tonight from 12am.
