Rangers have officially confirmed the signing of Greg Stewart, on a free transfer from Birmingham City.
The forward has been heavily linked with a move to Ibrox, with reports that a deal has been done for some time.
This afternoon it has been officially confirmed that Stewart has signed a two-year contract and will join up with Steven Gerrard's side for next season.
The 29-year-old spent the first half of last season on loan at Kilmarnock, before moving to Aberdeen in January.
Stewart was one of the most creative players in the division with Killie, but struggled to replicate that form in a second loan spell at Pittodrie.
The forward began his career in the Rangers academy, before moving on to Cowdenbeath.
He was then signed by Dundee where he was a key part of the team under Paul Hartley, convincing Birmingham City to snap him up.
Things didn't work out south of the border though, and he was loaned to Aberdeen twice as well as his six months with Killie.
Stewart scored 10 goals in all competitions last season, but only two for Aberdeen.
He also managed seven assists during his time in Ayrshire.
