Rangers fans unveil huge 55 banner as giant 'Kings of Scotland' message hung at Ibrox for Celtic clash

Rangers fans have hung a huge banner inside Ibrox for the visit of Celtic in the final derby of the season.

A stunning league campaign saw Steven Gerrard 's side wrap up the league title in March, and they're also unbeaten against their Old Firm rivals in four previous meetings.

For the final match against Celtic a massive banner was hung on the Sandy Jardine stand by fans.

It reads: "Glasgow Rangers 55 times the Kings of Scotland" and was hung up for the visiting players to see as they exited the tunnel.

Celtic had won nine titles in a row before this season but couldn't get close to Gerrard's men.

Rangers wrapped up the title at the earliest ever date for a full season and have been dominant in derby games.

They won 2-0 at Celtic Park in the first meeting of the season, before virtually wrapping up the title with a 1-0 win at Ibrox in January.

A 1-1 league draw at Parkhead was followed by a 2-0 win in the Scottish Cup, with Celtic looking to and their rivals' unbeaten run on Sunday.
