Rangers' Europa League clash in Gibraltar has been deemed a high risk game and St Joseph's have warned that anyone with 'Scottish connections' will be refused entry to their home stand.
Steven Gerrard's side kick off the new season with the first leg of the first qualifying round in the British Overseas Territory.
Rangers have only been allocated around 900 tickets for the match at the tiny Victoria Stadium, with more than 1,400 fans applying for briefs, which cost £30 each.
St Joseph's have now considerably tightened up security for the game, after consultation with the Royal Gibraltar Police force.
And they have now beefed up their restrictions for home end tickets to ensure Rangers fans don't gain entry to the home supporters stand.
St Joseph's stated: "We have followed local police and security advice to avoid a situation where Rangers fans could gain entry to our West Stand.
"Rangers fans already have the entire East Stand and we need proper crowd segregation.
"We have already had Rangers fans buy home end tickets (even though they know they won't be allowed in) and as a result we have instructed our stewards and security staff to only allow entry to those with a valid Gibraltar ID card or a residency card.
"Documentation from other countries demonstrating no Scottish connections, purely for security reasons, will be permitted.
"This is for everyone's safety as it has been categorised as a high risk game and we have followed advice."
