Rangers fans in Union Jack 55 tribute in East Kilbride

Rangers fans in East Kilbride have decked out the town in Union Jacks to celebrate the club’s trophy day.

The Ibrox side lifted their 55th league title this afternoon with a 4-0 win over Aberdeen and supporters in Ally McCoist’s home town lined Union Jack’s down the Kingsway dual carriageway in tribute to the club’s success.

Fans were also seen partying on a footbridge on St Leonards Road with large banners, while others let off fireworks.

Earlier today, supporters in Cambuslang showed their appreciation for the club with a convoy through the streets of the town.
