Scotland are the toast of the Hotline as the Tartan Army heaped praise on Steve Clarke and his players for a superb win over Denmark.
A magnificent display booked a home semi-final World Cup qualification play-off and confidence continues to sweep through a support which dreams of a spot at Qatar 22.
Craig Harris, Glasgow, said: "I don't want to go overboard but the performance against the Danes is as good as I have witnessed and I've been going to Scotland games for over 30 years. To a man we were brilliant and Clarke deserves all the credit for getting the nation believing again. Special mention to Che Adams who was superb."
Neil Renton, Edinburgh , said: "I know it was a depleted Denmark team which had nothing to play for but that was some win for Scotland. Clarke and his backroom staff deserve all the credit for making the players and fans believe we can actually win games."
Robert Montgomery, Kirkconnel, said: "In Lochgilphead at about 1.44am the earth shook. The previous night around the Hampden area the earth shook twice when Scotland scored. What a game and what a team. Well done Steve and the boys, you made the whole country proud."
Andrew Lamb, Fraserburgh, said: "Good luck to Scotland in their forthcoming play-offs, however, I see the 'Argentina' hysteria of fearing no one and being world beaters has started already.. Let’s be honest, Denmark have already qualified and were largely making up the numbers on Monday night as they were woeful."
Scott Gowers, Edinburgh, said: "Having been critical of Clarke in the past, I would like to say congratulations for Scotland's best performance yet under his leadership. Isn't it amazing the difference when a team has to attack and win to achieve something rather than sitting back and being hopeful. The big difference between the nerves and reality when knowing only a win will do and playing for it other than the hope of playing for a draw and relying on penalties.
"I suffer mental health issues which are normally exacerbated when Scotland play but last night I felt more at ease with the attacking performance."
John Kerr, Airdrie, said: "I said to my grandson after the Moldova game that Scotland play better against good teams rather than so-called minnows and so it proved. Apart from the start of the second half and the last few minutes of the second, we were the superior team and fully deserved the victory. Onwards and upwards."
Tim Gibbens, emailed: "It’s fitting that our fairytale campaign ended with victory against the country of Hans Christian Andersen .
"We sent the great Danes back to Copenhagen with their tails firmly between their legs."
Stephen Butler, Glasgow, said: "What have Celtic and Denmark got in common? They both failed to achieve 10-in-a-row."
Now some domestic calls.
Mark Singleton, Coatbridge, "Hotline regular Gordon Ashley has questioned Gio's record in Holland. In his first season he won the the Dutch Cup, in his second season he won Feyenoord's only league title this century. In his third season he won the Dutch Cup and Super Cup. In his fourth season he won Dutch Super Cup and left, having taken Feyenoord as far as he could.
"He split Ajax and PSV which is akin to Aberdeen breaking the Old Firm dominance this century."
Jimmy Strangers, Tranent, said: "Ashley has a solid brass neck. He mentions van Bronckhorst's European results being awful but he should look at his beloved Celtic who have been getting knocked out of the Champion League in the early rounds for years.

"They also got knocked out of the early rounds of the parachute competition they dropped into. Pot crying kettle black I think."
Stuart McLeod, Stepps, said: "On the day most Celtic fans paid their respects to a Celtic hero after the passing of the great Bertie Auld and Anthony Ralston got his call up to the Scotland squad, we have Gordon Ashley on giving a forensic report on Van Bronckhorst, and what he hasn't achieved in management.
"Can I remind Mr Ashley that GVB has not been appointed yet. Focus on the happenings at your own club and don't allow your Rangers obsession to destroy every day you wake up."
