Rangers fans drink Braga dry as fizzy white wine becomes go-to Europa League party starter

There's nothing quite like a trip abroad to follow your team and Rangers fans are making every minute count during their sojourn to Portugal.

Thousands of Light Blues followers have descended on Oporto and Braga in recent days ahead of their side's mammoth last 32 clash.

Rangers are in the driving seat after their remarkable 3-2 come from behind win as Ianis Hagi 's deadly double sent Ibrox into raptures, but the second leg is a long way from a formality.

The Portuguese side threatened to blow Rangers away for long spells in the first leg and Steven Gerrard won't want to be relying on any late heroics this time around.

But while there might be some nerves and uncertainty among fans and players alike, that hasn't stopped the travelling contingent from enjoying themselves.

A special brand of fizzy white wine is doing its part in keeping the spirits high, fast becoming the drink of necessity with beer out of stock in local supermarkets.

And there remains real hope that this won't be Rangers supporters' last chance to sample a foreign adventure if their side can replicate the performances of Porto and Feyenoord tonight.

They will be saying 'cheers', if that's the case.
