Rangers caught fans by suprise as they announced the signing of keeper Jon McLaughlin.
The veteran goalie signed a two-year deal at Ibrox after leaving Sunderland.
The 32-year-old is Steven Gerrard's third signing of the summer after the arrivals of Ianis Hagi and Calvin Bassey.
And like Bassey, the transfer came out of the blue, and supporters were caught off guard by Rangers.
