Rangers fan uses a nacho helmet to catch a foul ball, is oblivious to the mess he causes

We’ve seen a share of bad fan behavior when it comes to an adult’s pursuit of a foul ball. Usually, it involves someone stealing a ball from a child.

But I don’t think I’ve ever seen something quite like what unfolded during Sunday’s game between the Rangers and Tigers at Globe Life Park in Arlington.

At one point during the game, a foul ball was popped back into the stands. That was when one Rangers fan in a Salvador jersey used his souvenir helmet full of nachos to catch the baseball. The result was a predictable mess for the fans seated in front of him. He just had no idea.

I mean, look as the fan turned towards the back rows of the section to celebrate and share some high-fives.

He was seemingly oblivious to the fact that three people in front of him were covered in nacho cheese. They appeared to handle the situation better than most people would if they had been needlessly covered in nacho cheese.

Not cool, man. Not cool at all.

That was just a waste of some perfectly delicious nachos.
