This is the moment a Rangers fan was hit in the face with sparks from a firework while celebrating winning the league on Sunday.
Footage has appeared of the mindless supporter getting hit in the face by a spark after making the foolish decision to let off the explosive pyrotechnic while still holding it.
In the video a man wearing a Union Jack bowler hat lights the firework before the fan holds it up to the sky.
The chanting crowd turn around in shock and stop singing as they hear the firework fizzing loudly without taking off.
And there's gasps as the firework bangs and explodes while the man is still holding the device.
The video has been shared on social media thousands of times as shocked Scots react to the bizarre incident.
It came as thousands of Rangers supporters descended onto George Square despite a warning from Police Scotland not to gather in large crowds.
Last night Deputy Chief Constable Malcolm Graham blasted 'disgraceful' scenes and 'strongly condemned' a 'lack of support' from Rangers bosses after thousands gathered to break lockdown rules.
He said: "The behaviour which we saw at the weekend was disgraceful and I utterly condemn the individuals who chose to completely disregard the coronavirus regulations, putting both the wider community and our officers at risk.
"I also strongly condemn the lack of support from Rangers Football Club over the messages we repeatedly asked them to put out to persuade fans not to go out celebrating and encourage those who did gather in large numbers to return home."
