Rangers draw Borussia Dortmund in Europa League play-off round as Celtic learn Conference League opponent

Rangers will contest a glamour tie in the next round of the Europa League as they take on Borussia Dortmund as Celtic face a tricky Conference League tie.

The Gers will meet with the German giants in a two-legged play-off round next year as Giovanni van Bronckhorst's men look to progress to the last 16 on the competition.

Dortmund dropped down from the Champions League as they finished third behind Group C winners Ajax and runners-up Sporting Lisbon.

The Light Blues will travel to Germany on February 17 for the first leg before welcoming the Bundesliga heavyweights to Ibrox the following week.

The Hoops, meanwhile, face a deceptively-difficult encounter in the Conference League against Norwegians Bodo/Glimt.

Champions of Norway, they beat Roma 6-1 in their group stage campaign and will meet Ange Postecoglou's men after they dropped down from the Europa League.

The Celts finished third behind Bayer Leverkusen and Real Betis in Group G and will hope to progress to the Conference League last-16 as they look to extend their European adventure this season.

The first leg takes place at Parkhead on February 17 before heading for the Arctic Circle the following week and the artificial surface of the Aspmyra Stadion in Bodo.
