Rangers daft Kenny McLean teases Celtic as he sends John McGinn a message after latest title setback

Boyhood Rangers fan Kenny McLean has teased Celtic and claimed Hibs will be unhappy over their "disappointing two points dropped" against the depleted champions.

The 29-year-old couldn't resist jumping in on the comment section of John McGinn's Instagram page after the Scotland international had praised his former teammate Lewis Stevenson on making 500 appearances for the Hibees.

But McLean wasn't dishing out the compliments as he claimed Jack Ross' side missed a golden chance to land three points after facing a Celtic side without 13 players and manager Neil Lennon.

McLean simply stated: "Disappointing two points dropped"

The Norwich star has been continually linked with a move to Steven Gerrard's Rangers side going back to his Aberdeen days but he has always remained coy about the switch back to the Premiership.

McLean remains a key man under Daniel Farke and his Championship title-chasing Canaries as they look to bounce straight back up after being relegated from the Premier League last season.

And the hero against Israel will be hoping his domestic form will be enough to secure a place in Steve Clarke's side for Euro 2020 and continue his laughs with Aston Villa star McGinn.
